Customizable with the first names of the bride and groom, the location and date of the event, this sign is designed and printed in our workshop located in Oise.
Made from 6mm rigid forex, it is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. Lightweight yet sturdy, it can be simply leaned against a wall or placed on an easel (not included).

Personalized products are non-exchangeable and non-refundable, thank you for your understanding. Production begins as soon as you approve the design. Once this step is completed, it is unfortunately no longer possible to make changes. If a reprint is necessary, it will be charged in full.

Yes, everything is customizable! If you have a specific color in mind, a special phrase to add, or any other personalization element, please mention it directly in the Personalization tab when ordering. We will adapt the design according to your wishes.

Approximately 8 to 15 business days for creation, manufacturing, and delivery. Ideally, order 3 weeks before the wedding.

Yes! Delivery is possible in France and internationally. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination.

If the error comes from our workshop (text, color, material), we will remanufacture your order quickly.
If the order was completed according to your instructions and the artwork was approved, we will not be able to reprint it. You can choose to keep the product or place a new order.
Please check your texts and models carefully before validation.
What happens if I don't collect my package from the collection point within the allotted time?
What happens if I don't collect my package from the collection point within the allotted time?
When you choose delivery to a collection point, your package will be kept there for approximately 10 working days. It is important to collect it within this time frame to avoid it being automatically returned to our workshop.
If the package is not collected on time, it will be returned to us. In this case, you will have to pay the reshipping costs if you wish to receive your order again.
To avoid this inconvenience, we advise you to carefully follow the availability notification sent by the carrier and collect your package as soon as possible.

Oversized items cannot be shipped and are only available for collection from our workshop in Oise. Once your order is ready, I will contact you to arrange a time slot. No delivery charges apply in this case.
