General Conditions of Sale

These general terms and conditions of sale (GTC) are concluded between:

L'Atelier de Juncie , a sole proprietorship represented by Cindy Fleury, registered under SIRET number 929 169 134 00012, whose registered office is located at 11 rue de l'Étang, 60580 Coye-la-Forêt, (hereinafter the "Seller" or "L'Atelier de Juncie")

And any natural or legal person wishing to make a purchase via the L'Atelier de Juncie website (hereinafter "the Customer" or "the Buyer").

Preamble

L'Atelier de Juncie designs and sells personalized signage products for weddings and events, available through its website or Etsy store. These terms and conditions define the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the online sale of these products.

Article 1: Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions aim to define the conditions under which the Seller markets its products to consumers via its website.

Article 2: Products and Prices

The essential characteristics of the products are presented on the website pages. Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included, excluding delivery costs. L'Atelier de Juncie reserves the right to modify its prices at any time.

Article 3: Order

Any order implies full acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions. Validation of the order constitutes signature and acceptance of the operations carried out. An order confirmation is sent by email.

Article 4: Payment

Payment is due upon ordering. The Customer can pay by credit card via a secure system. The order will only be validated upon receipt of payment.

Article 5: Delivery

Products are delivered to the address indicated by the Customer when ordering. Shipping times depend on the manufacturing schedule, indicated on each product sheet. L'Atelier de Juncie cannot be held responsible for any delay or loss attributable to the carrier.

Article 6: Withdrawal and Exclusions

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for personalized products. No returns or refunds will be accepted except in the event of an error or defect attributable to the Seller.

Article 7: Guarantees

In accordance with legal provisions, the Seller will refund or replace defective or non-compliant products. The Customer must provide proof of the defect (photo, description).

Article 8: Use of customer photos

As part of the promotion of its products, L'Atelier de Juncie may ask its customers to share photographs of the creations made for their events (table plans, welcome signs, signage, etc.).

Customers who wish to submit their photos to L'Atelier de Juncie are asked to provide written or electronic authorization allowing their use for communication purposes on the website, social networks, the Etsy store, or any other promotional material of L'Atelier de Juncie.

This authorization is free, given without time limit, and guarantees that the customer has the necessary rights to share these images.

L'Atelier de Juncie is committed to respecting the privacy of its clients and not to disseminating images containing personal information (faces, names of guests, etc.) without their explicit consent, offering retouching (blurring, cropping) if necessary.

Article 9: Intellectual Property

The visuals, designs, texts, and products of L'Atelier de Juncie are protected by copyright. Any unauthorized reproduction or use is strictly prohibited.

Article 10: Personal Data

L'Atelier de Juncie collects personal data for order processing. This data is neither transferred nor resold. In accordance with the Data Protection Act and the GDPR, the Customer has the right to access, rectify, and delete their data. Please consult our Privacy Policy .

Article 11: Applicable Law

These General Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought. Failing this, the dispute will be brought before the competent courts.
