If the seating chart hasn't been sent to print yet, it's perfectly possible to make a change. However, once printing has started, we're unfortunately unable to make any further changes. In any case, don't hesitate to send us a quick email: we'll do our best depending on the progress of your order.

Yes, absolutely! Everything can be 100% personalized. You just need to clearly specify this in the file you send us for the creation of your seating plan.

Yes, everything is customizable! If you have a specific color in mind, a special phrase to add, or any other personalization element, please mention it directly in the Personalization tab when ordering. We will adapt the design according to your wishes.

If the error comes from our workshop (text, color, material), we will remanufacture your order quickly.
If the order was completed according to your instructions and the artwork was approved, we will not be able to reprint it. You can choose to keep the product or place a new order.

Approximately 8 to 15 business days for creation, manufacturing, and delivery. Ideally, order 3 weeks before the wedding.

Yes! Delivery is possible in France and internationally. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination.
How does it work for items to be collected directly from the workshop?

Oversized items cannot be shipped and are only available for collection from our workshop in Oise. Once your order is ready, we will contact you to arrange a time slot. No delivery charges apply in this case.
What happens if I don't collect my package from the collection point within the allotted time?

When you choose delivery to a collection point, your package will be kept there for approximately 10 working days. It is important to collect it within this time frame to avoid it being automatically returned to our workshop.
If the package is not collected on time, it will be returned to us. In this case, you will have to pay the reshipping costs if you wish to receive your order again.
To avoid this inconvenience, we advise you to carefully follow the availability notification sent by the carrier and collect your package as soon as possible.
